Refund Return & Cancellation Policy

All printable products, including Sanatansevak.com Kundali & Horoscope, Year Book, Trikal Samhita, and Janam Patri, are considered non-returnable.

  1. Cancellation requests made 48 hours before the scheduled service date may qualify for a 40% refund of the booking amount, subject to the deduction of administrative costs determined by the Company.
  2. Cancellation requests made 24 hours before the scheduled service date may be eligible for a 20% refund of the booking amount.
  3. Cancellations received within 24 hours from the service date will not qualify for a refund under any circumstances.
  4. Cancellation requests will only be accepted via email.
  5. If the service was part of a promotional offer, loyalty scheme, or any benefit, a refund will be processed only up to the actual amount paid by the registrant.
  6. Refund requests must be submitted by the registrant from the same email used during signup. Requests from a different email will not be entertained.
  7. Refund requests must include payment transaction details and other specified information, along with the reason for cancellation.
  8. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 15 days of receiving the cancellation request.
  9. The Company reserves the right to cancel services and issue refunds to the source of payment in case of fraudulent transactions.
  10. In the event of pandit booking, if the allotted pandit arrives on time but the customer decides not to proceed with the puja, no refund will be provided.

If a customer discovers a product in damaged/defective/broken condition:

  • A replacement or refund can be requested by emailing sanatansevakofficial@gmail.com within two working days of product delivery.
  • No refunds will be entertained after two days from the delivery date.
  • Disputes must be registered via email with images of broken/defective/damaged products within 2 days of delivery.
  • Disputes registered after two days of delivery may not be entertained.
  • In case of a double payment made by mistake against a single order, one payment will be refunded.
  • Refunds will be issued after deducting transaction charges, shipping or courier charges, customs duty, and any other applicable fees incurred by Sanatansevak.com.com in processing and delivering the service.

Shipping Sanatansevak.com provides paid shipping services through a third-party logistics company. The choice of logistics company can be agreed upon and paid for during the transaction.

  • Delivery times may vary for remote locations and depend on the policies of the third-party logistics company.
  • Orders are dispatched within 7 working days after necessary preparations.
  • The Company is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances during order dispatch.
  • Delivery is based on the purchased product type.
  • Products are not shipped on Sundays, public holidays, or non-working hours.

Users are urged to enter accurate billing and contact information as per their bank or credit card statement. Ensure correct shipping address details to avoid delivery issues. If an order is not delivered due to unavailability, charges for re-delivery are the customer’s responsibility. The Company/Website does not actively track shipments or follow up with the partnered third-party logistics company on delivery status.
